We are aware that shopping centers and malls offer a wide selection of leisure opportunities and entertainment. Many people are provided with endless possibilities to dine, to shop for different kinds of clothes, to go to the cinemas, and even enjoy special occasions such as sporting events and product launching. But recently, a short yet heavy rainfall plagued all the residents of Metro Manila. So, as a result of this natural phenomenon, it inadvertently pestered the mall-goers of Araneta Center’s Farmers Plaza in Cubao, Quezon City. The swift heavy rainfall brought a huge amount of water and it unexpectedly flooded the ground floor of the aforementioned shopping center. Netizens gone terribly mad online when a reckless mother seemed to be busy using her mobile phone, didn’t notice that her one-year-old is drowning under a kiddie pool with the playmate. Due to the imprudent use of her cellphone, Netizens were awfully upset by the incident. The mother didn’t even bother to check even for a bit if her baby is doing okay. Because of this, the baby almost d*ed. In the video, the baby’s playmate tried to save the one-year-old by giving her a floating device. The child tried to call the attention of the mother’s victim but she seemed pre-occupied using her cellphone and  waived away the little boy instead. By the time when she saw her daughter drowning in the kiddie pool, the baby is not breathing anymore and had turned purple.
